Probably cuz it stands for Proof. his friend that died a lil while ago. his friend who was a part of D12 ,his friend who he practically grew up with. I think it probably stands for Proof.
Proof was killed in a night club shooting at 5 am. April11th, 2006
Eminem wasn't actually apart of the band D12 but Proof was.
