well i bought one and it ended up being a size bigger. it is a 100% cotton the intruction say wash cold with like colors, online non-chlorine,bleach when needed, tumble dry low remove promtly, warm iron if needed.....i just want it to shrink.......how do i do it?

Instead of maybe ruining your sweater with hot water, A few stitches with needle and thread can do wonders, I do it all the time....Tuck here and there and it will really help, If it needs alot taking in, use a sewing machine or someone that knows how.....

do opposite of what the directions say (except no bleaching) and it'll shrink. Wash it in warm water and dry on high heat.

It depends on how much. Try washing it in Hot water frist and dry dry if that doesn't work than wash again in warm water and put it in the drying

If it is cotton you can put it in a dryer on high heat and it will shrink up. High heat with cotton will shrink .

u wash it in hot water and u dry it in hot temperature! wen i was young and i was doin my laundry, i always did hot water and hot temperature, but i didnt kno it was shrinkin! i thought it was just regular for clothes to shrink all the time till my mom came to me n told me tat hot water and hot temperature shrinks the clothes! (:
