I just saw that movie for the second time...so funny!
I'm sorry, I can't remember the neighbor's name, only that no one liked him, and I think he stole Borat's radio.

Don't even ask about his name. Such a disgrace for my nation. He should be ashamed of himself along with Borat for that horrible scene in the movie. It was disgusting to me.
