I've recently started using Physician's Formula mineral powder ; it's not the fancy stuff but I like the way it feels on my skin a lot better than other powders. I've never really had problems with pimples, so I can't help you there, but yeah I like mineral makeup.

I think the most important thing is that the makeup is oil free regardless of whether it's mineral or not. Mineral makeup is pretty expensive and sometimes there's not really much of a diference if you buy regular "quality" makeup.Instead of drug store makeup like covergirl, and mabeline try makeup from higher quality lines(usually at department stores) like Mac, Clinique, Estee Lauder, fashion Fair(if you're a women of color). Although they cost a bit more than drug store makeup, they are off better quality and shouldn't promote skin iritation and still cheaper and work as well as mineral makeup!

I have used BareMinerals for about 4 years and I can tell you that this line of mineral makeup does work on pimples and coverup issues. That is the main reason why I use it. BareMinerals dapped on a pimple will get rid of it and you can sleep in it if you have more than one or two pimples that you want to get rid of. I highly recommend this line and the Mineral Veil is the best finishing powder , helps to eliminate shine and fine lines.

I use Bare Minerals and there is a world of difference between it and the normal brands like Cover Girl or even MAC. It covers up all the uneven tones on my face as well as pimples and dark circles. It is a bit pricey tho ($25 for a 3 oz container). I hope that helps :)

I think it works great! It covers better than what foundation does and it looks really natural! It also has less harsh chemicals, which means that it's less likely to irritate ur skin.

Try everyday minerals.com. They are more affordable and workjust as well as the other brands. Order a free ($4 shipping) sample kit off their website!

I use bare minerals and I love it!!!! It covers great and feels like I have nothing on. The well-rested shade is great for under eye circles and pimples on light skin tones. Also, bisque is a great cover-up, too. I use both. You can order at Sephoria.com. They have a huge selection. It is tax free and anything over $75.00 includes free shipping. Happy shopping!!!

The only difference I've noticed (besides the price) is that mineral makeup tends to be shimmery. I personally don't like that, but it depends on your taste.

I think mineral make-up would be good for your skin because it is so light and not thick and clumpy. Home Shopping Club sells mineral make-up. You can also go on their website, www.hsn.com

ok, no matter how bad your skin is, i highly recommend bare minerals foundation, bare essentials package, look it up on google, i vought mines form sephoras. it doesnt irritate ur skin and is actually good for it, it covers up everything without leaving a caked look on ur face and even adds some glow. once u start using it, u wont use anything else, guarenteed.
