Traditional dance?! Umm no. At least not most of us, though I'm sure someone somewhere will celebrate in this way. It varies just as it varies around the world.
Some will go to large New years Eve Parties, some will just burst "clappers" (firecrackers) at home, some will stay home and watch MTV's or TVJ's or CVM's countdown to midnight. In some communities there may be a big celebration at the neighborhood's park or just in the street.
Some will attend private get-togethers, some will be at church others at work, some will be asleep. And still some people will just go about their daily business with not much emphasis on the celebration.
Usually there is a firework show at the waterfront (Kingston) open to the public, however this has been canceled this year.

I will be at a BYOB party in Hellshire with friends ringing in the New Year. I'll probably be very, very drunk as well.
