i have fair skin, blonde hair and blue-grey eyes. i usually don't wear much eye make-up (only a bit of mascara) but i would like to play up my eyes a little. waht is a subtle way to make my eyes pop with out and drastic colors or wearing too much make-up?

Ohhh lucky you. If you have blue eyes use neutrals and browns to make the blue stand out. Maybe a shimmery beige on the lid, a white to highlight the bottom of the brow and the corner of the eye, and a tan or fawn brown in the crease to add drama. Top it off with black or brown mascara. But make sure if you are planning on playing up your eyes that you choose one focus on your face. Don't go all out on blush and lipstick if you are going to do a dramatic eye. I hope I helped :)

I have the same coloring almost. Try going for something that complements your eyes a bit. I believe I found on colorology or something that purple is best for blue eyes. So maybe a light purple with a bit darker purple closer to your eyes(as a liner?). Although, at the moment smokey eyes are really in, although don't go too dark because of your fair skin.

You can go to drug stores and pick up a little set of eye shadow made especially for blue eyed people. Green eye shadow also makes blue eyes pop, but not lime green, just a kind of grayish green. Eyeliner also makes eyes look amazing, but don't go to heavy on it. I was called a gothic clown for trying that look!

You might want to get a medium grey eye liner pencil and do the bottom lines, and use a nude but sparkly shadow on the eyelids. Mascara is always good. I use MAC's Nude. Best of luck to you!!

Use liquid eyeliners in camel and taupe shades for blue-grey eyes...line your upper eye lid (under the eye lashes) from the middle of your eye toward your ear...line you entire lower lid...plays up your eyes, makes them appear larger, really makes then pop!

if you want to stick with just mascara, you could buy a blue mascara to use. if you want to wear a little more makeup i suggest an eyeliner that is the same color as your eyes. i wear blue eyeliner all the time and it makes my eyes look very.very. blue

light brown, gold, or purple will really show up

make the shadow darker on the upper lid corners and lighter on the center of the lid to make your eyes look bigger...

a little light shadow (like white or silver) underneath your eyes really close and light will also help the "pop"

make sure your curl your eyelashes (unless they are naturally long)
