squeeze those butt cheeks girl lol. always keep your legs together and toes pointed and arms straight :) building up your muscles also helps alot ie. the muscle in ur arms can help to hold ur weight up for longer. so you can practise walking on ur hands- its a good exercise to strengthen your muscles. with practice eventually you can extend the time balancing a handstand. good luck! "you can do it!" lol

Try do a handstand up against a wall and staying there for as long as you can. Once you get good at staying up for a long time you can try doing it for long amounts of time without the wall. Or you could have someone hold your feet so your body gets used to staying in the position. Hope that helps :-) Good Luck!

concentrate on the legs and bottom being steady and so light and the body feeling so great in this position, say to yourself "This feels so free, so good"

Doesn't your ears affect your balance?
Then if it does you should be in a room that has "good" sounds..

focus on keeping your arms by your ears. you shouldn't have any space in between them. tighten up. you need to have good abs like divers do! you should also focus on your arm strength
