i was selling a ps 3 on ebay and this guy won the bid. he said mail it to nigeria, i got an email from paypal saying i was to give them the tracking number of the package, later finding out from paypal the email was fake and now my ps3 is on its way to nigeria and i have no money... can anyone help???

When did you send it out and from where. I work for the post office so if you can contact me with this information I may be able to offer you some advice. There is ways to stop it but it may be to late. You can report the act to the police and ebay which will have limited recourse being internation law because its being traded bewteen borders.

Well, you could use the tracking number to find it, and possibly stop it, if you contact the mail carrier [UPS, FEDEX, Ect.]. Just hurry up and do this already, also, use the address to report a theft, and, from now on, NEVER SEND ANYTHING UNTIL THE PAYMENT HAS CLEARED!

contact the shipper you sent it by, get them to stop the delivery... or get e-bay to do it for you....
now you have learned a valuable lesson.. never send anything off until the money is in the bank your bank
