Well, so Ford passed away, lowering it. But wouldn't you think you would raise it again because of Saddam? Is there no compensation?

Tradition is to fly flags 1/2 mast for 30 days in memory of a president. Maybe we should fly Saddam's head at full mast for 30 days.
