yes you can, as long as:
1. the speaker have a 3.5mm diameter jack to connect your Ipod into.
2. It has a built-in amplifier powered by either a USB cable (to be connected to the USB dock of your computer) OR an electrical plug (to be connected to a wall power outlet).

As long as they have a cable that allows access to the iPod mini jack.
However, unless there is an built-in amp, the volume will be rater low.

yes you can as long as you have a USB cord and the speakers have a USB port to take the cord. USB cords can be bought from most of your stores that have electronic departments.
