I too had this appear when I was in my early teens. If they appear to be similar to a small pimple and cause you no pain, as mine did then it is generally nothing to worry about. I would still consult your doctor to be on the safe side. The symptom of pregnancy that you are thinking about is breast tenderness similar to that ache that women get in their breasts around the time of their cycle. Any type of discharge should definitely be seen by a doctor.
