Start fresh in 2007! Decide to make good friends and get good grades at the new school then do it. Lose the best friend and forget the guy who won't speak to you. Let your sadness run it's course and don't waste time trying to cheer up before time - let it remind you to take more care with people and not break hearts. Spend some time alone and think about who you want to be and what you want to be like and then work on becoming that person.

The person who ignores you - did you say is your best friend? You ahve an answer right there my friend. Make a list of your problems. Split it into controlable and un-contolable. For the un-controlable - take the woest case scenario and try to make it easier to take. Accept it.
For the controlable, get yourself a plan of action (Thro in a back up plan for good measure) Take baby steps. You'll get there.
Grades can be picked up. Connect with people. Make friends - no rush. Take ur time. Ur dad has a reponsibility to the family. He is moving ( I think) for a better job or better commute. Talk with him. New school seems like a good idea. It is a new begining. You can be a new person. Just be true. Do not pretend to be - what you are not. The best way to get someone to like you - is to start liking them. Good luck

It may be a blessing in disquise that you are going to move, it sounds like everything around you is not so hot, so you will get a chance to have a fresh start find the positive instead of the negative, and as a parent, we don't chose to move to make our kids lives miserable, it is because it is what we need to do

It isn't all that important WHERE you go to school, as long as the school is conducive to a good education. Since he's your dad he is calling all the shots as to moving. Thousands of kids are in the same spot you are but they're not whining about it. I suggest you forget about all the rest and start concentrating on getting your grades up.

Maybe moving is a good thing. Change is always good in life, it gives you new perspective on your problems, and you might meet new friends, new boyfriend, and you might like the other school better. Don't fight it, embrace it and try to make the best of it! Good luck!

Cry your *** off, then suck it up. I know it seems like the end of the world right now, but there is little you can do about it. Maybe you will meet mr hottie-boy?
