I personally do it when im cold since they are naturally warm! for some they may have an itch or they may just do it and it become an akward habit. Some younger people ( im 16) do it to kinda like im not sure how to explain it, to show off around people hints grabbing the crotch of their pants! I hope that explains it all. Oh i promise thats an real answer. I dont use yahoo questions enough to worry about points. I just like reading questions and answers lately since iv been off of school and really bored !! Sorry im rambling...

Natural to be curious, and once a guy starts enjoying himself, he won't stop. Self-admiration is a natural trait of guys. Bad though to do a lot of self-touching in public or where other people are. Can't tell if you are a guy or girl, but he should not be touching himself around you, be concerned if he is older than you and tell him to stop doing it, it makes you uncomfortable. Frankly, if he is a young guy of 12 or 13, he might not even realize he is touching himself so much.

How about its not yours and none of your business since its not affecting you, so dont worry about it? Lets stop asking questions like a little five year old that you already know the answer to, just to get a rise out of people. I have absolutely no clue, but I hate it. Especially when you are in public. They will grab like there's no tomorrow. Women don't go around grabbing their vaginas... So, I don't know. Maybe it's just a bad habit.
