These terriost attacks were planned long before Bush even enter office. Clinton did nothing to protect us or anyone else for that matter. All he cared about was Monica Lewinski and making himself happy. Hillary Clinton ran the show so maybe their both to blame. Oh yea, a President doesn't make decision entirely himself; that's why we have congress!!!!
Saddam is as gulity as they come!! I say he got off to easy; he should have been put some where like Alcatraz to sit and die.
These men and women chose to go into the service to protect our country; yes it is very distrubing what they see and go through. They are our HEROES!!! NEVER FORGOTTEN!

So who's really to blame? Well everyone! We vote for these people, but when something goes wrong oh no I didn't voted that person never. What is wrong with you people?

Not only are we fighting overseas; we are fighting here in America. People come to America because we are the land of the free; are we too free?

Why not blame Clinton?

It makes about as much sense as blaming Saddam for 9/11 and attacking Iraq as part of the war on terror.

I think if the milkman left a flaming bag of dogsh*t on your porch, you'd go punch the mail carrier in the face.

You con-tards seem to have a little problem with figurin out who is responsible for what. LMAO

You should not blame the victim but blame the murderer. Smarten up!
Why you blame Clinton? He is retrospective. He did anything he could during his presidency and he tried and he followed procedures and proper channel of the UN and International Law.
Unlike Bush, he failed as a leader not only to all Katrina's victims and Sep 11 but also thousands of soldiers which he hold as puppets by going to the war for oil (not supported Europe, UN & against the Geneva Convention). Not too mention, he lied as if there was a WMD. See the difference?

... what?

you blame Clinton for everything...

then you say we shouldn't blame Bush because of congress and because people voted for him?

Clinton had a congress (that was Republican majority) and people voted for Clinton too?

I've never seen someone totally undermine their own argument? weird...

why is it ok to blame Clinton for everything, but Bush shouldn't receive any blame for anything?

to answer your question... I think both are partially responsible... but the terrorists much more so than anyone else...

Why do you ask a question and the answer?

All I know is that America and our President was loved around the world when Clinton was Prez.

Now we are hated everywhere, and our Prezident is not only hated but ridiculed as a fool.

I blame the Muslim terrorist.

This petty Bush vs Clinton diverts us from those who are killing us.

News flash: Clinton hasn't been close to the White House for these last many years. But if it makes you feel more comfortable please blame anything you like on him. You couldn't possibly come up with anything new. I heard that he invented extramarital sex..
