hi, i was just wondering i missed my last cycle ( i am 3 weeks late now) and im not preggers, so how do i know when to expect my next one????

It's really tricky if you aren't charting. The website below will help you out, but probably your best bet is keeping an eye out for ovulation (either by temperature/cervical mucus monitoring or using ovulation predictor kits), and then counting about 14 days after ovulation (if that is your norm).
I'd suggest that you carry supplies with you in case you get surprised:)

its nothing to worry about just caculate like you would of u you had ur cycle........if you miss another one see your doctor
