Normally they're normal. Some day if and when you are pregnant they'll develop and probably multiply. They're gland to lubricate your nipples for breast feeding. Or if it's the very tip, you could be looking at the end of lactation ducts. Ask your doctor or gyno in your next/first annual check-up.

Are they on your nipple itself, or on the dark skin surrounding the nipple, called the areola? If you mean the bumps around the areola, they are normal and are called Montgomery glands or areolar skin glands.

The link below has more on Montgomery glands and also has pictures of what normal nipples/areolae look like at the bottom of the page-just scroll down to see.

An excellent question.....4 your Pediatrician. The Dr. will ask u, how long have they been there? Have they changed in size, color, etc.? Are they sensitive to touch, hot/cold, etc. They could quite probably be nothing, however @ your age...this is one definite area a Dr. needs to be consulted. Talk to your Mom about it, or a trusted adult female. This needs 2 B 'shared' just cause it does..OK? Don't worry, just follow-thru...please....

Well we can't never be sure what those things are so it is better for you to consult a doctor.
