Yes, alot of them will be the same. Usually the biggest indication is a missed period. But, sore breast, sometimes minor cramping when implantation occurs can happen as well. In fact, when I found out I was pregnant, I went to buy maxis because I thought I was going to start because I had all the symptoms of PMS. I am pregnant now and counting. Also know that you may not experience any of these signs or all of them, including nausea. It just depends on your body.

Most pregnancy symptoms are the same as period symptoms. If you start stressing that you are pregnant then your period will be late. Stop stressing , heartburn could be caused by anything sweet you eat. Tingly breast b/c your hormones are fluctuating.

A lot of the symptoms are the same.
If you are ever in doubt just take a home pregnancy test!
I thought I was pregnant a few days ago but then I started my period. (long story)
