I've always wondered that. Is it like the Jets and the Giants in New York? Please tell me, I have no idea what's the diff. Do they both play at Staples center?

Both play at staples but that's where the similarities end
the lakers are the premier organization in the NBA and never stay down for long
on the other end the clippers are the butt of everyone's jokes until recently and that only lasted 1 year as they have dropped down to last in the division again.
Lakers are a team to watch out for while the clippers are a team you can forget about
basically the lakers are the yankees and the clippers an even less successful mets

the difference between these two teams is, easy Kobe Bryant plays for the lakers. both teams actually play in the staples center. Lakers have been the dominant of the two teams for a long time but the clippers are now getting a lot better with the team they have now which is centered around Elton Brand.

You hit the nail on the head with your analogy to the Jets and Giants. The clippers and Lakers both have home games at the staples center, but besides that are completely separate teams.

They both dont play in the staples center and the ony difference is that the lakers have always been better than the Clippers.

My husband is from la we live in Ohio now , he's a huge laker fan . i might tell u this its relatively worth going to a clipper interest in the event that they play the lakers =) have relaxing in la take care

They both play in the Staple Center so if the other is having an away game the other team has the home game, all they do is change the colors from purple and yellow to blue, red and white and vice versa
