People at that level of government have had their senses of humor surgically removed. It would be a stupid thing to make a prank call to the white house.

Hell yeah. I would put on rubber gloves, get some windex, and paper towel. then I would go to a payphone and make the call. After that I would clean any and all traces of me being there. I would clean the whole phone up. Finally I would look back at that and then laugh.

Get arrested and in trouble with the law for a prank? No thanks, I will pass. Besides, prank calls weren't ever really my thing even before caller i.d.

is that even possible? im sure they have many many many receptionists to go through before you even BEGIN to reach anyone of importance. good luck prank calling the volunteer for the school tours info line.ha

Yes, get in one last thrill. Afterwards, straight to jail. Besides you probably wouldn't begin to get to anyone important for the first four hours. Then Bush would probably be in a meeting or something.

Probably not a good idea, as they will undoubtedly be able to trace the call.
Prank calls are stupid anyway.
