Upload the music files into itunes and then plug in your ipod. However be warned that limewire is a peer to peer network and therefore the music that is downloaded from there is considered pirated. Also apple and itunes (apple product) prides its self on licensed music and anti-piracy, so be careful.

Download the song off of Limewire. (Hopefully a legal song)
Then:
In Itunes, click on File, and then proceed to click on Import. Find where you put the song on your computer, and then open it. It will appear in your library. Then you can sync your iPod and it will be playable on your iPod.
