I will become a reconstructive plastic surgeon and travel to third-world countries to help children with life-threatening facial deformities when their parents cant afford the surgeries.

I hate to say it but i think its too late for the world to be a "better" place. See first off everthing revoles around money. and yes money is needed but people go to far too get it. And the people that have it spend it on things that they don't even need, not to pick on anyone or anything but just to keep it real rappers are a perfect example of this. They buy bottles of liquor that cost thousands of dollar and pour it all on the floor. I mean what the hell rite? Then its america, the richest and powerful country of the world. Yea we help but we don't put as much time and effort into it for the simple fact we aren't "getting anything out the deal". You know what I could go on and on about this but its getting late . I will however tell you this I plan to become a government offical and help with these problems its a MUST!!!

I have changed the world for the better one child at a time. I have worked in the school system for twenty two years. I love all of the children unconditionally and they love me. Some of my babies have grown up and now I work with their babies. If you don't think one person can change the world you should meet me and my kids.

no onw person can change the world. look at companies like world vision. they have been doing it for thirty years and there is still poverty. The fact is in order for the world to work poverty needs to exist. there has to be poor middle and upper class people. if not who would be our janitors and other cleaners.
