Does that mean I am dialating or is it just false labor?

Yes & Yes. You should be seeing your doctor weekly by now. Keep track of any cramping, time it. It could be false labor or it could be the real thing. One thing doctors know for sure at this point, you are having a baby.

I've had friends who never had contractions less than 5 min apart and some who dialated almost all the way before labor started. The doctor's will never understand the miracle of birth. Your hips are going to hurt more as your baby 'drops' into position for delivery and settles in the birth canal.

Well I had this when I was 36 weeks preggo and I wasn't sure so I went to the hospital. They ended up keeping me and I had my daughter via c-section. So it's better to be safe than sorry go see your doctor or go to the hospital.

It could mean that your going into labor if it starts to get worse call the doc.

You would have unbarriable pain. Your body is preparing you for the big day but call your doctor.

Sounds like Braxton Hixs but you should time them and see if they are regular and how long they last.

you are very close to delivery i suppose- pay close attention to the timing of the contractions and if they are consistant and close please go the hospital this may mean baby on the way.

every birth is different and labor pain is different for each individual , if you are concerned or feel its labor , please go see your dr or hospital , God bless you
