Go down the hall and get them some ice and some bottles of water- they may be thirsty by now...
if that isnt you thing,
maybe you can knock really loud in between their moans and say "Yeah Daddy- hit it some more!!- I love it when you do that- no quit licking my toes" "and then to top it off, you can yell- "If you dont do it right I am going next door to get them to show you how!!"
That should shut them up a bit...
