I recently found a site called Quik silver that allows you to view seasons of shows. Youtube is also a very good site for things like that 70s show.

abc.com has all of its most popular shows on for free (I watch Lost), nbc.com, I know has 30 rock for free, and youtube just have little clips (w/ bad quality) of every TV show besides the ones owned by NBC ( they don't have the American version of the Office).
