Do you need any previous experience to work there? I have never had a job before and I was thinking of applying there since they are right now accepting applications. Do you think I would be just wasting my time since I don't have any previous work experience and they would just throw my application away? I would love to work there but I'm afraid to get shot down.

i definitely think you should apply there! i love working there. i work with a few girls who hasn't had work experience and they do fine. if you don't get hired in right away, try again around summer time

Just apply, everyone has to start somewhere. It is like credit you have to have it to get it. But someone will give you a chance. Apply at a lot of places one is bound to hire you. They get like a 30% discount I believe.

For some reason, victorias secret likes to hire employees from african american descent over others.
I've spoken to some people who work there, and few of them like it. I would highly suggest that you rethink your move...
