My Strat has all 5 tremolo springs underneath the back plate and I play mostly metal, what gauge, and brand would be best to use on the guitar?

Whatever feels the best to you really.

Would have helped if you mentioned what tuning you play in.

Generally, the lower the tuning, the heavier the strings you want to use. I like Ernie Balls and D'Addario. For standard tuning go with 9s or 10s(the gauge of the thinnest string in the set if you don't already know)

And, if you play metal, I suggest you get something with humbuckers, as most Strats have single coils.

Well, it's more of a matter of personal preference than to use a certain gauge for a particular style. You would be able to do metal , jazz , blues, etc on a .009 - .042 gauge set. i prefer the .009 guage and cover many styles convincingly, then again, guys like Yngwie Malmsteen , ect. actually use a super light set starting at .008 , and still sound heavy. Now , your "metal" may not be my "metal" , a lot of newer stuff is tuned down do D and even a low C, and for that you're probably going to want pretty thick gauge strings to accomodate all that low tuning, perhaps starting with a .013 or so just for the high E.
