Its not that I have less friends- I am finding out who actually IS a friend and who ISN'T.
I make more acquaintances than when I was younger though.

I have the same amount of friends I had in highschool, that is true, best friends.
The other kinds of friends I have made along the way have remained the same, sometimes dwindling, sometimes increasing but mostly the same in number.

I have found that the number is dwindling away...i guess its because i just graduated from high school 3 years ago, and moved to florida. moving far from your friends REALLY shows who your real friends are. But, i enjoy just socializing with friends at work, too many friends=too much drama anyways!

numbers dwindling i think its because you have to have a life with a family and not going out to have fun

I'm one of the fortunate people that have had the same best friends for 25 years. I found these great ladies when we were room mothers together when my daughter and their sons were in second grade. Our kids are in their thirties now and we're still best friends. Through thick or thin. Thank you God.

Definitely dwindling. My husband has no desire to meet or make friends....we're both homebodies and OK with it. :)

More friends, I have many in different states, some from grammer school, high school and a few from college, well kinda college.
