Drink a lot of ice cold water. That has helped for me trememdously! Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day. That will surely help. Good luck!

You need to eat, you just have to make healthier choices when yu do eat. Make sure you are eaqting to fuel your body because if you deprive your body you will end up not losing but setting up your metabolism to shock and your body will think that it needs to reserve what you have.
