I've never heard this song from Rihanna, actually - it doesn't matter WHAT song you sing for the contest; rather, pick a song that you CAN sing - very strongly, at that. People who are familliar with the song will be relating your voice with hers - make sure you can hit all the notes, and, most importantly, know all the words! I wish you luck!!!

Personally I find it hard to sing those songs right. Then again I'm one of those high sapranos and the songs like that just don't do me justice.
