I think a satiny halter top or an all lace turtleneck or camisole would look nice if you are going out in the evening. For day wear, a blouse with a ruffle looks nice. I was just looking at Vogue and one model has a brown vest as a top for a charcoal/white stripe pant suit. I would never have thought of that. I guess that's why we have fashion magazines! I would wear a solid colored lacy camisole the same color as the background color of your suit.. You don't want any patterns with the pinstripes it would just be too much. A pinstripe suit needs a little bit of girly girl to pull it off. I would also wear some nice beads also in the same color as the background color of your suit...You'll look hot!

A simple solid colour top. If the pin stripes are of a colour other than white, you could try to match the top to the colour of the pinstripes.

When I wear my pin stipe pants to work I like to wear them with my button down French Cuff blouse. Victoria's Secret has great ones.

depends on the jacket, but i'd say a white button down shirt/blouse. or a embroidered tank top with a cute jacket...im going to suggest a white or maroon top.

You can wear red, white, really any color... as long as you have a accessory so the color doesn't look like it coming from anywhere. Like red top and a red neckalace or flat. Orrrrrrrr a green t and some kind or coordinating clutch. Just a few
