You could always think about getting someone to help you, like a tutor. I've helped a girl at my school, pass the GQE and maintain a good grade in math class because her parents wanted her to have a tutor. Or if you're not into getting a tutor, study and ask your teacher questions! That can always help too.

If you are grounded for getting a grade lower than c on your report card, use the extra time to work even harder on that subject. It's your education that somehow may help YOU get a better job some day, perhaps involving math. Math is just a game with rules. Do you know any other games with rules? You evidently have access to a computer. Try Google to get a simple explanation of math concepts that trouble you, such as fractions. Getting grades above c will relieve all your excess stress. Good luck.

If you keep track of your grade as the semester goes along then you will know exactly what you are going to get when the report card comes. That way, even if you know you'll get a C, it won't be a surprise and should relieve some of the stress by just knowing. And if you know you're going to get a B or better than you'll have no stress at all.

Relax and take a break of anout five minutes after every 25 mins of studying. Do not over tire yourself. be optimistic that you will do well in math exams. Try and view it from a simpler point of view when given a complicated question. Do not panic before the exam. take deep breaths and relax your mind. turn in early before exams. there's no point rushing through all the homework and going through your mistakes. Rather, spend your time revising math concepts and make sure you understand them thoroughly. GOOD LUCK!!!

BEFORE it comes time for the report card, go to your teacher and see if you can get some additional help. Also, your school may have peer tutoring. You need to bring your grades up, and you need to crack down and get serious. Study, study, study and ask for help.

She's upset simply by fact she is conscious you're a B variety student and you're generating C's so do no longer act all puzzled and greatly surprised.
