Call of Duty 3 going back to dashboard at a cutscene?

During the cutscene where you are riding in a truck with the British guy, about 10 seconds into it the game cuts back to the 360 dashboard. I can see a message that comes up on the screen, like the one that comes up when you press the guide button (except this comes up on the right instead of the left, like an update notification). It goes too fast for me to read, though - it flashes that and then goes directly to the dashboard.

It happens the same time every time. I can't skip the cutscene.

I dont have the game so I dont know but you should contact www.xbox.com and then go to support. Or just call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and tell them what happened and they can fix it.
