Home health in our state is Certified Nursing Assistants that give the baths, change the sheets, etc. Nurses do the treatments, give meds., talk to the Dr Not everyone needs both nursing assistant and nurses. Depends on the patient care needed and what the Dr. orders. Home Health is good for the patient because the patient can be at home healing instead of in hospital. It is supposed to cut down on expenses in hospital. And it helps the families take care of loved ones. Home Health is very good.
