Wait a few months for:
1)the price to drop
2)the game library to grow
3)the online community to grow
4)THE PRICE TO DROP!

Right now no. There are not very many games and most of them are not even that great. Just about every game that is on both PS3 and X360 looks and plays better on the 360. Resistance is the best PS3 game. While it is a good game, there are many 360 games which are better. Also, many people say, "the PS3 is the most powerful" and assume that it will have better graphics then the 360. The PS3 is more powerful in terms of processing power, but the 360 has a better GPU, so it can produce better graphics. Until Sony shows us something amazing, which will not happen for atleast a year or two, if ever, it is not worth owning (especially at that price!).

It really isnt worth it, Sony kept pushing the date back and should of realesed it even later. Instead they put out a product that wasnt what it should of been. They system has had over heating problems. Does not play all the old ps games and has bad quality imagin of the older games. It also has limited quality for the new games so if you have a mid line tv you will only get low quality grpahics(they are either really high or really low). The price may not come down for a while but even if you buy it for the same price in a couple of months the units will be a lot better constructed.

depends on what you want to use it for. if you plan on buying a blueray disk player to watch DVDs in HD then buy the PS3. in an article (dont remember where) the PS3 was compared to two other blue ray disk players that were priced higher but the PS3 performed just as well. So instead of buying a blue ray disk player for $1000 you can get one for $600 and have a 60gb hard drive for music and games and also play online.

i have one and so far im not really happy, it freezes ALOT when your on the internet and there just arnt very many games out for it now and on some the graphics just arnt great, but in the futur i think it will be very good
hint: dont keep them in a cabnet i tried that and burned out the hard drive and had to buy a new hard drive

I don't have one but I would get one.They say it is great.I don't know,but I would get one.It all depends on you,the type if person you are.
