Just one month after Congress appropriated funds for the president's plan, $350 million was awarded to service providers for critical prevention efforts and to bring life-saving treatment to suffering people in some of the hardest-hit countries in Africa and the Caribbean.

* Failed to capture the anthrax killer who tried to murder the leaders of our country at the United States Capital building. After 18 months I have no leads and zero suspects.
* In the 18 months following the 911 attacks I have successfully prevented any public investigation into the biggest security failure in the history of the United States.
* Removed more freedoms and civil liberties for Americans than any other president in US history.
* In a little over two years created the most divided country in decades, possibly the most divided the US has ever been since the civil war.

To be fair, the "bad" list for GWB is a little heavy on the "what I didn't do" side... but often, inactivity is worse than acting wrongly.

I would say bush because he at least had the balls to go to war and try to find bin ladin. clinton had the chance to take bin ladin down but hesitated and lost that chance when an arab emerates plane flew by him. bush may have made some bad choices but clinton doesn't have the balls to do a mans job. thats the same reason why bush sr. didn't do anything so he pressured his son to do what he didn't have the balls to do. now you see bush sr. and clinton wandering around the country telling stories about hurricane katrina but really there just looking for the balls to put back in the sac. clinton was a democrat too so that explains a lot because instead of going to war, he'd rather not and save money for people on welfare and anybody who's doesn't believe in hard work which are democrats, we all should be thankfull for having a republican president who believes in hard work. we might as well have a communist government than have a democrat as a president. they are almost the same. go read a book.

With Obama, it's too early to tell. Though I'm not very impressed with the work he's done. I think it's only fair to judge a presidency after its over because he does still have some time. But I think it's safe to say that Bush was not a good president whatsoever. Clinton did a good job with the economy but I think the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" was a middle ground that should have never happened.

What did Bill do?He embarrassed the office,he manipulated white water ,He took credit for the economy he didnt create,he told Berger to hide the pre-millinium documents(so he could take credit fo the spoiling of a terrorist plot foiled by an airport official)he let Osama get away even though he knew that Libia was willing to give him over to us,he left a downed pilot in Iraq(ahter the first war)there for 4 years,he knew about it for three, and as he wandered with shiite caravans whom had hid him amongst them in danger of Saddam who knew he was somewhere in the country there but left him to die because it wouldve hurt his second term chances after Monica, and he bombed the aspirin Factory intstead of taking Osama from the Lybians, and theres a lot more...but most admire this guy
Bush, lowered taxes, began a war with information that congress, and the Clintons were privy to the same info for, kept charachter even after the character assasinations, led us from 9/11 so I'd say Bush was and is the better President

Have to be Bill Clinton at least I agreed with some of the things he did while in office. I can't think of anything that I have agreed on Bush with. So definitely Clinton!

Clinton. All politicians are manipulative to an extent. I'm not sure what the hell Bush has been doing.
