I wouldn't say he was a user, but I would call him too lazy to carry his own junk to the dump. Tell him to get the crap off your property. If you have to move it somewhere else yourself, take it back to his house and dump it in his front yard.

Yes, the friend is using your house as a dumping place for his junk. Time to tell him to get rid of his junk or you will do it for him and don't ever use your house for something like this again.

huh? Like what kind of junk? Obviously its not junk to theperson. Ask once for them to move it -If they dont, plunder what you want (if anything) Then look in yellow pages for hauling and thats that. Just cause I think its funny-There is one dude I call for that kind of stuff -His truck is black (all primered ) And with a stencil is spray painted "take a dump hauling" It kills me every time-I cant stop laughing-I think he is scared of me now.

well. is he just gonna leave it there?
or is it just temporary?
if he's planning on leaving it, just take it back over to his house and dump it on his front lawn. that'll make him think twice next time.
