he is watching u. tht means he wanna talk to u either as a friend or a lover. ur confused how to approach him. do this thing. when he saw iur again u give a sweet smile to him, so tht he can understand tht ur inteersted in talking to him, he will then just comes 2 u. all u gonno do is USE UR LOVELY SWEET SMILE AS A INVITATION TO HIM thts it...

I'm a little confused by your question but I would just go up to him and start talk ing to him. It can't hurt. Introduce yourself and just talk to him about school and friends and stuff like that.

In our word we say it "Line Marna " . if any boy like you ... by watching you always he is giving you signal that he likes you. If you want be his good friend .
But it will be better to know about his history ..

Hey,
if he contineously looks you that means he's somewhat interested in you so you can do one thing just go near him pretending that you are not aware of presence and ask somebudy for help (e.g: ask for a extra pen ) if he's intrested in you he will immediately help you. by this means you can contine
talking(e.g: thanks, i'll return it to you later or some thing more)
