Trade my arms for liquor and dope and use it as fast as I could. Unless you are 30 seconds from a jet you can get to and fly, 10 minutes won't get you far enough away.

10 minutes/??? trade that stuff for a drink - you're not going anywhere. Even if you could get up the Pan-Am building and jack a chopper you'd only get 4 or 5 miles before the blast takes you down and you can forget about speedy ground transportation even in the middle of the night.
