It has to start sometime.Just wait it get's better. You actually right on time with the nausea. It usually starts between 6-8 wks and goes on for 4-8wks.I am so sorry but your not alone.Eventually it will go away.Mine only lasted about a month.Just have some crackers and water handy at all times no matter where you are.Especially in bed(morning)Congrats and Good luck!

That happened to me too-around 8 weeks with my 1st and 6 weeks with my 2nd.One morning I woke up and felt horrible until about week 20-mine lasted alot longer then most women.
It is a horrible feeling but nausea is a great sign that everything is going well with your baby.I know what you are going through-I am 32 weeks pregnant and I still get really nauseous some days.

For the sickness, have a small glass of gingerale handy for in the morning, sip it before you get out of bed. Until the sickness passes, don't try bread or anything with yeast in it, that will for sure mess with your stomach. The best thing I have found was ginger and peppermint vitamins. Also, they have ginger lollipops for pregnant women, that way you can have them with you just in case, they are wonderful.

If you really don't like the sick feeling at all and it's in the morning when you wake up, at a healthfood or gnc store, they have ginger pills

which you can take a couple before you go to sleep, and it won't be quite so bad in the morning, these have been my life saver so far, I'm 8 weeks along.

Pregnancy symptoms are variable for every person. Some people never get them at all, some people get them right away, but generally they get worse as your hormones increase, up until about 3-4 months then the placenta takes over and the hormones decrease again. You personally just probably reached that hormone level that caused you to start getting and noticing symptoms.

It hits everyone at different times. I felt fine during the first few months of my pregnancies and then it hit me. Night time nausea seriously. I would lay down and suddenly I'd have the urge to run to the bathroom and hurl.
My friend had horrible morning sickness. It's different for everyone my dearest. She found that "Preggie Pops" worked for her. She swore by them. You can get them at babies r us or at Motherhood.
I sincerely hope you get over your nausea. I can't wait for you to feel that first "kick"!! It's so amazing!
Good luck, eat a cracker and suck on a preggie pop. =)
