I don't know if this will work for Kidney Stones but it certainly won't hurt. I have had bad bladder infections with pain. I drink 2 or three teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and the infections clear up the same day. They say that apple cider vinegar made with whole apples from the health food store is the best, but I've always used Heinz and it works just fine. I also drink it in hot lemon or orange tea with honey.
A common use for regular vinegar is to run it through your coffee maker, it cleans all the gunk out. I feel like it does the same for my body.

Drink a lot of water and hope you pass it. Other than that there is no natural remedy that will cause a stone to simply dissolve and go away.
