i just got out of the army and most of the time soldiers lose keys so we have to cut locks i know what your thinking that only bad beople use bolt cutters but all kinds of orginizations use them for diffrent reasons so they arent totally bad yet

It can be used for cutting pad locks, cutting fence links,Cutting bolts Duh!Splitting peanuts, for torture,like cutting off someones finger.
It can a quick way into a house by throwing it through a window....Can be done the the same way with a car window if you locked your keys in it.
It could also be a very awkward looking paper weight.
It could be used to cut a ring off of someones finger but still leave th finger in tact.
Wow so many uses for it.

Cutting the chains on pad-locks to get through gateways and doors. They give the leverage to let someone of average strength cut really thick chain.

i used to race enduros, and after every race, the trunck and hood which i had chained up would get smashed in. The only way to open the hood was to cut the chains. that's why i have one.
