I thought that it relieves hormones or something but i'm not sure! what does it do?

All these people are wrong! Ok, it has Acetaminophen 500 mg (Pain Reliever) ,Caffeine 60 mg (Stimulant) ,and Pyrilamine maleate 15 mg (Diuretic) If you take 400 mg of Magnesium which is a natural muscle relaxer (you can get it with Calcium in it) and take Tylenol, you'd be doing the same thing without paying so much.

I have a package of Midol right here in my hand (I have horrible cramps, so I use it) and it says fast relief from: cramps, headaches, backaches and bloating, It's for when you have bad cramps while you are on your period, It is basically a pill that provides relief from your average, every-day basic period symptoms! Plus, there is teen Midol which is about 3$ at drug stores, which is a special formula for teens, but there i also adult, menopause and etxtra strength

Yes you can take Midol. Plain old ibuprofen(Advil) works best, but take 3 or 4 tablets. This is the prescription dose and will block the release of the prostaglandins that are causing your pain.
