Well, having an ipod video of my own, I can help you with this one. What you need to do, is when you download Itunes 7 onto your computer, there is a menu at the top of it (in the same place as MSWord, and etc . . .) and one of the choices says help. Click on the help button, and it will drop-down a menu with options such as help about your Ipod, etc . . . try looking through there to see what you can dig up. Hope this helps, and rock on with your new Ipod!! : )

The quick start guide is a good place to get some general help. You'll need to install itunes first then connect the ipod. Your computer should kick it and prompt you. It's really not hard once you get itunes installed :o)
