Could you give us more information? body weight, height, activity level? Cardio exercise will take a LOT longer then strength training to help you loose weight. Go to a local gym, ask a personal trainer to set you up on a strength training program using super sets with medium reps. Cut out junk food, drink lots of water, stick to your plan and don't forget to stretch.
