umm.....do a science experament and get 1 glass of how warm you want the water to be when you take the bath and then set it in your bathroomget a small thermomiter and stick it in there write down how warm it is and get a small thermoniter and stick it in there every 30 to 40 minutes when its colder than it is almost time to get wait 3 to 5 minutes before you get out....

you most certainly cannot go by how wrinkled your skin is, because old people have wrinkled skin no matter how short of a time they have been in the bathtub water.
use a timer.
