It depends on where in England. I used to live in Wood Green in North London and I could get them in the market inside the Shopping City. Find an Afro-Caribbean grocer and they may very well stock them. Good luck!

Guinep(s) are a caribbean fruit, like somebody else said just find a local afro-caribbean food and ask or look around, sometimes they can be hard to get, depending on the season.
