I have an uncircumcised penis, and when my penis is dry or just cold and chapped from the night before, the heads are red, and are extremely sensitive and hurt when touched. Later during the day, after I've taken a shower, or pleasured myself, when my penis is more moist, I am able to touch the areas under the foreskin without pain, depending on how far away I touch to the slit leading to the urethra in the middle. That usually hurts no matter what. Keep in mind that my foreskin is pretty tight, because even when erect, I can't pull it back to even halfway down the length of the whole head, leaving about two centimeters revealed. When my penis is flaccid, it is completely covered by a good two inches of skin. Just for reference, I am 14 and my penis is pretty short when flaccid, around 2 inches, but I reach about 6 inches when erect.

You are young yet, and your foreskin may not fully retract for a couple of years. Try stretching it gently when it's wet from a warm bath. Vasiline can help. Just hook your fingers on two sides and pull until it just starts to get uncomfortable and hold for a few seconds, then repeat. Do that several times a day if possible. A doctor can prescribe a steroid cream that will help, but you're probably fine without it. You do NOT need to get circumcised - that's absurd! Keep your sexual equipment intact, and you'll be very glad in a few years that you still have all your man parts.

That should go away with time, even circ'd guys have a sore problem once in a while, I dont know why you would think that it only has to do with uncirc'd guys. If you can only get about half of it exposed when erect then you might want to get circ'd to make life alot more easier for you and cleaner and less painful in the future.

I also am uncircumsized and I never had the problem you describe. If your foreskin is that tight, I suggest you see a doctor who can correct that problem with a simple procedure. As for the chapping, I would put a little vaseline on your penis and see if that helps.

If, by age 14, you cannot retract your foreskin fully, to expose the groove behind the head of your penis, you definitely need to be circumcised. Circumcision will remove the offending foreskin and will solve all your problems with oversensitivity, hygiene etc. There are many benefits which come from circumcision, including, better hygiene, comfort, appearance to women, self-esteem and FAR better sex for both you and your future female partner(s) There are no disadvantages and all men should be circumcised. Speak to your mother about getting circumcised as soon as possible.
