If so, to what extent?

i can say i'm a bit OCD when it comes to cleanliness. hm..certain things must face the same way, line up evenly, be color coordinated, or be in order of size. i also prefer not to touch door knobs, public telephones, or even the handle bars on the trains. i hold my breath when someone walks up the stairs in front of me and definetly refuse to use public bathrooms. i don't touch the bottom of my shoes and when i have to tie my shoe laces i must clean my hands afterwards. i can't have my body touch any part of the walls in the shower or i have to rewash my body and definetly no baths. the list can go on....i say i'm just a tad bit of a germaphobe.

I'm a neat freak when it comes to clutter. I'd rather shove everything under the bed and into cupboards than see it out all over the place, but I don't do that much either. I hate to say it, but I believe in the old saying that there's "a place for everything, and everything in its place" ;)

When it comes to cleaning such as scrubbing floors and things of that nature, you're asking the wrong girl! I despise housework, it's no fun at all.....

I usually make everyone leave the house so I can spend an entire day cleaning from top to bottom - all books & cd's are in alphabetical order, mail is sorted by dates and colored with a highlighter to post importance of mail, shoes & clothing are sorted in the closets by season & length, furniture is placed in a way that it doesn't interfere with daily traffic, everything in the kitchen is placed by color & genre (ex. all green vegetables are in the middle of the fridge, red apples are on top), milk expiry date is written on the calendar , food in the cupboard is lined up by size, cleaning utensils are placed by height also, laundry is done 2 a week , the kitchen and washroom are cleaned 3 times a week, I vacuum once a week, I sweep daily, dishes are done as soon as you put them in the sink........... that is a bit of an example of how living with me is....

I have to, absolutely have to wash my hands at every given opportunity. I cannot eat without doing so, after shaking hands with someone I feel as though my hand is dirty, I can't eat finger food at parties, I wash my hands in between cooking stages in my own home and public transport....forget it. The subways of NYC are a germ infested no man's land for me as are public bathrooms and any door handle. Even typing on this keyboard makes me feel as though my hands are really dirty and if you ever try to pick up food from my plate with your own dirty fingers I will put the hurts on you.....it's getting worse everyday!! I know I have a problem...

Far from it - I'm one of these people who can live in my own clutter and mess, but can't stand the thought of someone elses

In the superstore, fruits are usually picked out much too soon. Some are rocks, many are bad. Some of the fresh vegetables are generally right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.
