when i try to play it, it skips alot and freezes....the disk is brand new so it isnt scratched....also why is it so slow? please help
also it is sims2 pets for the computer

your graphics card is bad...you need to get a new one (which is expensive) or you could try getting more RAM (also expensive)

you need to get more memory and a good video card for your computer to make the Sims 2 work right.My 2 girls play it all the time and there computers needed the new video cards to play the game and make it work right so it sounds like you have the same problem.

It might be your computer or it might be the disk. Try clearing up some of the RAM on your computer or the space. Try going to:
Start
Run
Then type in cleanmgr.
That should clean up your hardrive a little. Good luck! I hope I helped! =)

It's not the game or the CD, it's your computer. Adding RAM and/or getting a faster processor would help this.
Also, make sure all the other programs are closed before you attempt to play the game.

maybe cause you got a crappy computer I got the new gateway emachines and the game sims 2 pets and it works fine for me!!!
