I don't understand how you get 506 MB of RAM. They come in increments like 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, and 1024 and it's not really possible to combine them in a way to get 506. Are you sure it's not giving you a warning about Hard Drive space? This would be the amount of space on your actual drive for files.
Either way, no you can't trick the game into thinking you have more RAM. It's going to look at your hardware and see what you have. There's a reason for the minimum requirement - it likely won't play well or without major issues if it's being this strict about having a certain amount of memory.

There is no way to trick the computer into thinking you have more RAM. But you can do this. Make sure you close all programs you have running. Right click the clock in the lower right corning and select Task Manager. Select the Processes tab. Click the User Name tab on that page to sort the processes by user name. End every Process under your user name except "taskmgr.exe" and "explorer.exe." When you click End Process, an error message will pop up, click yes. DO NOT end any processes under the user name LOCAL SERVICE, SYSTEM, or NETWORK SERVICE. Once you have ended all programs under YOUR user name with the exceptions of "taskmgr.exe" and "explorer.exe" you can open Neverwinter Nights 2. It still might not work, but it is a higher chance when you do this. This is the only way to get some higher end games to work.
You might want to upgrade your RAM as soon as you are able. I hope this helps. Good luck.
Additional: And BTW, to anyone who doesn't understand how he has 506 MB of RAM, it's because when your computer comes with 512 MB of RAM, some of those MB are used up by the D: drive for backup and security. So no computer actually has the the amount of USUABLE RAM that the box says it has.

try closing some of your programs down before you start the game
go to your task bar bottom right and right click on the icons them you don't need click exit... do that with all the programs you don't need running while playing the game
then try running the game
no you can't trick the computer into thinking it as more memory than it has

NO, you do NOT have the graphics requirements. One more time, you do NOT have the graphics requirements. Just for emphasis, you do NOT have the graphics requirements. The amount of graphics power needed to run simple graphics in Mac OS X and the amount of graphics power required to run those type of games is vastly different, meaning you need much much much much more power to run those games. Not all PCs have graphics cards, some of them have integrated graphics like your MacBook does, and they run games just as poorly as yours does. This is not a Parallels issue, or a Windows issue, you DON'T have the horsepower to run the games.

You can expand your virtual memory, but can only gain physical by adding/upgrading your mem card(s).
